A Wellness story...
I think that it came as a bit of a shock when I told Cheri that the last time, I was really happy was in 2006. At 30 years old, with a wonderful husband and a generally great life, I had every reason to be happy but I just didn't feel that way. The journey that I started in order to find more happiness began just before I started my wellness sessions with Cheri at Everyday Yoga & Wellness Center. Her sessions included Nutrition, Reiki and Foot Detoxification. The nutrition sessions helped me to discover how the foods that I was eating affected not just my weight but also the way that I was feeling. I learned how important it is to listen to my body. Through the foot detoxification I was able to actually see the effects that the alcohol and poor food choices were having on my body.
The Reiki sessions were amazing! My life, like many others is extremely busy and stressful. I don't often allow time for real relaxation. The Reiki sessions not only helped to realign my energy but it also allowed me to completely relax. As with so many things, the first step is believing. I believe that the Reiki sessions is a vital part of my happiness journey. I will absolutely continue with refresher sessions throughout the coming years. I continue to work everyday to find happiness. I know without a doubt that Cheri's guidance has helped me to discover more paths to overall happiness and well-being. Without hesitation I would recommend wellness sessions with Cheri to everyone. She has helped change my life.  R. Todd

At Everyday Yoga & Wellness Center we realize that every person is created with their own inherited and unique characteristics.

In developing your Everyday Nutrition Plan, we will take into consideration your ethnicity, metabolic rate, genetics, and lifestyle.  In fact we will take into consideration over 9 different unique characteristics that make up you.. 

Your Everyday Nutrition Plan is individually created and planned just for you;
Bio-Individual. 

As a part of your Everyday Nutrition Plan we will work on Primary and Secondary Nutrition. 

 We will utilize concepts from Eastern Medicine to help us learn to listen to our bodies. 

You will learn how to deal with stress and your emotions in a productive way that will benefit your body and not harm it.  
 

Again Everyday Nutrition is dealing with the "whole"; Mind Body Spirit and Emotions.
